Detailed classification of clay brick specifications

The primary factor for classifying clay brick is size. Clay brick specifications are divided into five types: standard type, general type, special type, special type and super special type.

 

1.Standard clay brick. The size of standard clay brick is 230mm × 114mm × 65mm.

 

2.General clay bricks. Any one of the following classification features is a general clay brick:

a.The quality is 2~8kg;

b.The thickness is 55~75mm;

c.no more than 4 scales;

d.The size ratio is not more than 4;

e.Without concave corners, arcs, grooves, rounds, holes, holes and acute angles ≤75°.

 

3.Shaped clay bricks. Anyone with the following classification features is a shaped clay brick:

a.The quality is 2~15kg;

b.The thickness is 45~95mm;

c.size ratio is not greater than 6;

d.The total number of arcs and concave corners is not more than 2;

e.The total number of ditches and houses is not more than four;

f.An acute angle of >50° and ≤75°.

g.Without holes or holes.

 

4.Special clay bricks. One of the following classification features is a special clay brick:

a.The quality is 1.5~30kg;

b.The thickness is 35~135mm, and the length of the tubular brick is not more than 300mm;

c.the size ratio is not more than 8;

d.The total number of arcs and concave corners is not more than 4;

e.The total number of ditch and house is not more than 8;

f.An acute angle of 30° to 50°.

g.No more than 1 hole or hole.

 

5.Super-specific clay bricks that exceed the special characteristics.
